We integrated Crossmint's email custodial wallets for the Immortality Nation membership platform. When we hit a complex signer/permissions issue on a legacy vault, developer support especially Guille stayed engaged with us until we mapped out the correct architecture. Moving to a transaction-bound approval flow and upgrading our client SDK solved the block. Our member was able to complete the browser OTP flow, and the badge successfully transferred to self-custody with a zero-balance vault. The developer documentation is solid, the product is highly effective for non-crypto onboarding, and their team was genuinely helpful when production timelines mattered. They didn't even bother responding to my contact sales form that I filled in on their website. It's been more than a week since I sent the form and I even pinged them on X as a follow up, with no response. We're building a legit Web3 gaming project launching with some well known industry partners, so our project has the capability to scale across many of their solutions. I don't understand why some businesses just don't seem to care when it comes to onboarding potential new partners. If you're not even going to respond to potential new customers within 10 days, what is the actual support experience going to look like when I need help? Red flag. No thanks.
