Cross Country MoversReviews of crosscountrymovers.info

The worst moving company ever they lie about everything. They said my things were being delivered it’s been 11 days to ship from Florida to Texas now they tell me they don’t have a driver and don’t know when I will get my stuff. Don’t use them at all ever

I got scammed!!!! They quoted me $1,500 and when they showed up changed the price to $4,600. I did not go through with the move however they kept my $650 deposit and will not return my calls. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Cross Country Movers SAVED us! We had another company lined up to move our vehicles from WA to TN and they completely dropped the ball at the last minute. John Mendes and Seneca Pettee went above and beyond to find someone who could move our vehicles. They communicated well and really went the extra miles for us. The pick up and drop off happened by with no issues. I highly recommend Cross Country Movers!

They charged me extra because they claimed my items were heavier than expected. How does that make sense? They also scratched up my hardwood floors while dragging my dresser, and when I pointed it out, the foreman just shrugged and said, It’s not our fault. Unbelievable.

The driver was telling me it is 225. I loaded the truck with the same merchandise to come back on a Upack trailer I used 3 linear feet. Would love to add pictures.

Do yourself a favor and don't believe any of the positive reviews that are obviously written by ChatGPT. We were quoted for far less money than what we were expected to pay. We were charged an additional $2000 because they never checked with us beforehand if our apartment complex would allow a semi on the property, which they did not, even though I gave them exact dimensions and told them a 10ft U-Haul would suffice. They charged us extra because they had to move our stuff from the semi into the u-haul, which they should'e used to begin with. On top of that some of our boxes were soaking wet with items covered in mold. The people I spoke with were rude and unprofessional. Cheaper does not mean better, especially in this case.

Awesome service for price I paid. They came and picked me up yesterday and had me delivered 300 miles away within 24 hours. They dropped everything off this morning and set up my all my furniture before lunchtime. 10/10 service

I hired these guys to help me with a move from Florida to New Jersey. I am beyond thrilled with the service I received. They packed, shipped and delivered all of my belongings in less than a weeks time. Hans and his guys were polite, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
