Amazing!
This is absolutely the very best place to buy jewelry. Leslie is a true dream and she never once made us feel uncomfortable about our modest budget. She was warm and friendly and so super accommodating and we will always go back to her for all of our jewelry needs. This is completely the right place to go when you need something beautiful. Cannot say anything more than how perfect this experience was. We saw her at the Coral Square location and went back to her to buy a second ring the same day. Much appreciation for this amazing store. She's a wonderful lady and her customer service skills are beyond compare! :)

Hello Andi, Thank you so much for your kind words regarding our store and Store Manager Leslie! We were pleased that you were able to find two rings that you loved so much and that your experience was "over the top." As you noticed, Leslie has wonderful customer service skills that keep many of our customers coming back to Coral Square! Thank you and we hope to see you again soon.

great lay out of store
Neeed a few more chairs or higher counters would be my remarks for other jeweler stores, but not the CR of Jersey Garden Mall. Lighting great, staff not pushy, but helpful, not over crowding of applications for credit cards, no over display of cleaner, etc. Oh yea...great prices.

3/4Karat Diamond Stud Earrings
I shopped a total of 4 stores in the mall. While the clarity and color numbers varied just a bit, I felt I made a purchase that was about $300 less than a pair of similar quality at Jared's.

Thank you Mary Lou! You are correct that our pricing is BELOW our competitors. That is our niche, great merchandise, at a great price, thank you for noticing!

Wedding set
I purchased my wedding set and after my purchase they wouldn't even size it for me they wanted me to pay additional for it we were going to purchase my fiancé wedding band but decided not to after I went into store next day asking again about sizing my ring and they said no. I told my fiancé we will buy his ring else where as we did. I would have went else were to purchase my ring that included sizing then going to this business that lacks customer service.
Response from CR Jewelers 'Diamond Importers'Apr 6, 2015
Hello Maritza, We are so sorry to hear that you were not pleased at our store. We do charge for ring sizing as we offer very reasonable prices for our jewelry and do not build the sizing into the price and charge more for the ring as our competitors do. We also give a discount on ring sizing to customers who purchased their items from us. I would also like to know the store location that you went into and they told you "no", that they would not size the ring. As you can see from our previous reviews our associates are willing to do whatever it takes to please our customers. I look forward to your response.
