Critter control did a great job on our property. They were attentive across all areas from the first inspection to the total clean up of the attic space. Each person in the ladder did a great job in making us feel comfortable. The daily follow up to check the traps, the removal of animals were done with great detail. The securing of the property to make sure no animals could reenter and making sure to show pictures of all affected areas was very helpful. The remainder of the clean up of the insulation and disinfecting was also done by a great group of people. Every step of the way everything was communicated well and in the end we are very happy with the job. Thank you to all.

I called several companies to get information about how to deal with removing either a cat or raccoon that climbed up through the screen in a soffit vents in a rental property that I own . Some companies never returned my calls. Other companies I spoke with had a "one type of service fits all situations" solution with a flat fee to trap the animal. These companies only had trapping as an option with no inspection of the site - just setting a trap. Only Critter Control spent the time on the telephone explaining their services which are tailored to each specific situation and include other methods besides trapping. Amanda was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explained to me what she thought would be the best way to handle the problem and had their technician Andy contact me. Andy was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the various options that were available to me in order to resolve my specific problem. Andy inspected the entire property, put together a breakdown of services on a detailed comprehensive estimate and emailed the estimate to me within an hour. I was then able to decide what services I wanted to have performed. He was in constant communication with me because I do not live on the premises. Andy met with me when the job was completed to show me what was done. I plan to have additional work performed on the property as a preventative measure. The price of the job was extremely reasonable and was less than any of the "flat fees" that other companies gave me. I am completely satisfied with Critter Control's services....from the initial phone call, to my conversations with Andy, to the work that was performed, to the price. Great job! We had a very stressful situation with Critter Control. It started out fine, and quickly went downhill. The sales person told us we had rats in the attic, and we contracted them to remove them, and seal up all openings on the outside of the house. The workers were careless, and left garbage in the neighbor's yard, which caused problems with them. We also hired them to replace the insulation in the attic. We found the communication between departments at the office and the team of workers to be poor at best. When they did the project of changing the insulation, everything went wrong. First they needed to remove all of our stored items in the attic, but we had been told to leave them on the floor boards up there, it can be worked around it. I was told to leave things in my master closet (the attic entrance is through there). Everything was to be covered in plastic, it was poorly covered up. They moved furniture in the bedroom to bring the vacuum for removal through the window. They did not put the furniture back. They were stamping and slamming and dropping things so furiously in the attic, that it made the light fixture fall out of the ceiling and smash all over the floor. (I'm still finding shards of glass in the carpet and on the tiles). A screw came through the ceiling of the bedroom, and the smoke alarm fell out of the ceiling. They were trying to be fast, that they just kept creating problems. They needed to come back for 3 more visits to fix up everything that they caused, which never should have happened. On the bright side, they did replace the light fixture, and caulked the ceiling where the screw went through it. They also lost the board that covers the attic opening by putting the new insulation over it. That was recovered. They had to replace the floor boards that were not put back, so that we could put our stored items back into the attic. They sent over only 1 guy to move the boards, it was too heavy. They needed to come back again with a team of men. I spent so many days at home, missing work, so that this project could be done. Had they done things right the first time, it would have been half the time they had to be in my home. I spent A LOT of money on this project, and lost money on wages for missing work to be at home. I hired them due to good reviews, well hopefully this will shine a light on how they really are as a company, and that is unsatisfactory!

Andy came in, immediately assessed my rodent situation, put an action plan in place and in a very short time, has fixed the rodent issue for me!

We had raccoons get in the attic and they did not want to leave peacefully... bad situation. Met Andy from Critter Control and he came in and got the whole family. Great job. From there we had to remove, fumigate and replace all the insulation and the team did another great job. Highly recommended by me.

When we realized there were animals in our attic, I called Critter Control. We had used them before to trap and remove possums from our back yard and they were very reliable and successful. The attic was going to be a much harder job, and it turned out that we had both rodents and a family of squirrels up there. First, they set traps and checked them daily for several days, removing 2 of the squirrels with humane traps. Then the Critter Control crew came in and cleaned out the entire attic, vacuuming out the old blown-in insulation along with all the debris that a bunch of rodents would leave behind. They even emptied the junk we had stored in the attic for us. Then they add new, more environmentally-friendly insulation. They also patched all the holes that were possibly entry points into the attic. The whole crew was very professional. It was a lot of money for the work but a lot of work for the money, which I consider well-spent. I'd recommend them to anyone. Our only regret is that the squirrels are euthanized instead of being set free somewhere else, like a park.
