Horrible co no every call u back. Spent almost $1000 on iguana control have some questions no one calls me back don’t walk run they’re terrible.

If you want to overpay for a service where they promise you one thing and deliver another, use these guys. I’m an idiot for using them.

Trust all of the negative reviews about this company. The sales person Daniel Kalchik told us that we had "a severe" rat problem. We paid $2,900 to take care of it. He sold us on a supposed "disinfectant" package to help after the rats are gone. Well we had one mouse, and after the so called disinfection we still have the same smell in the attic. The company is a rip off. DO NOT trust them!

After hearing noises in my attic and seeing a raccoon in my yard, I called Critter Control of Fort Lauderdale. They had helped us years ago with a rat problem and we were not disappointed this time either. They came quickly and clearly explained to me the steps they would take to drive them away or trap them and then seal up the house at several potential points of entry. We thought we had gotten rid of them but the critters were persistent. Both Matt and Spencer came out repeatedly and finally caught a raccoon family and took them away. A few weeks later when we were sure we had gotten them all, they came back and finished the job, sealing up the access points. The whole team could not have been nicer or more professional. Matt and Spencer went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was solved and we are very appreciative.

We called Critter Control for a 3rd opinion on a possible Mouse/rat problem. Our current pest control company advised we had an infestation and another company said they found nothing so we had Critter control come out to see what was the truth. Sean Ottey the technician was friendly , did a very thorough inspection. He answered all our questions and showed us and taught us along the process. I immediately felt that I was speaking with an honest, knowledgeable person; not the same feeling I got with our current pest management company. After such a pleasant experience my husband and I will be changing out yearly pest control. You want to trust a company you will have an ongoing relationship with. I highly recommend this company they just saved us a lot of $$$$$$
