Lauderdale is the best service contractor we've ever used in the 10 years we've been in Broward County - fast, reliable, and always communicating next steps and when they would be there. Very pleased with people and service from day one with Andy and Steve through repair for animal proofing with Emerson and his colleague. Very professional people. We were kept up to date, on a daily basis, through the stages of pest removal and then the repair work. Repair work not completed because dry rot was found in wood. We now must have roofing people replace the bad wood and then Critter Control will finish their animal proofing.
