My dad had a problem with rodent infestation. His former pest control service was ineffective. I called Critter Control, a tech was sent to evaluate the problem and he showed me photos of evidence of rat infestation and multiple entry points in the attic. I received a fair estimate and work began the following week. The team of 8 workers arrived promptly, they removed the soiled insulation and they installed foam insulation, they cleaned and disinfected the whole attic, they closed every entry point and set traps. Their clean-up was quick, quiet and spotless. They were prompt, friendly and they worked the whole time they were there (except during lunch). The job supervisor was hands-on and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, showed me photos of the problem before he started working and he showed me before and after photos when the job was completed. I was amazed at how clean the place was, after they finished. They closed all the openings, replaced the old soffits with new sturdy soffits and replaced old and missing screens over a few of the openings and vents. They sent someone out to check the traps every other day, for two weeks. First day he caught 5 rats, second day he caught two rats and none after that. The job came with a 5-year Warranty. For the next 5 years they will come out to the house to address any future rodent problem, without charge. It is clear to me that Critter Control is a company who's first priority is customer service. I would happily recommend them to anyone who is dealing with rodent issues in their home.

I had a major problem in my attic with a raccoon and her babies who refused to be caught. Nick came day after day, sometimes alone, often with other members of the Critter Control squad, and refused to quit until the job was finally completed. Nick is professional, polite and determined to get the job done regardless of what it takes. I would happily recommend Critter Control to anyone in need of their services!

We were moving to a new home and discovered that the attic was a habitant for a raccoon. I have contacted Critter Control that indeed confirmed potential presence of the animal. We were offered to trap the animal in 5 days and to seal the house. Before signing the contract I was told that capture is not guaranteed, but " we never had a case in which the animal was not captured". Unfortunately, after 5 days the trapping was not successful and the animal was not captured. The house was sealed very well but the raccoon that likely meanwhile escaped the attic now started to come and visit us almost daily in the garden and pool. I have contacted the company again stating that we see the animal every night and may be they should put cage with the trap again. The response was that I will need to pay again for doing that and again trapping is not guaranteed. Moreover, now we were told that they not always capture the animals. While the company has a good name countrywide, it is expensive and at least they should provide service at standard that corresponds to the price that they change. Moreover, if the animal is still on the property and was not captured, they should at least attempt to catch it without additional charge!

The service I received was exceptional. From the initial consultation to the exterior repairs to my home I was very satisfied. The trapper, Nick was equally exceptional and provided great service. He made courtesy calls each day before coming and took care when setting up his equipment each day. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Great job. Thank you!

Critter Control provided excellent service and communication throughout the job, with required them to eradicate raccoons from our attic, install new insulation, and plug up areas that the 'coons were using to access the attic. They did a great job in a very timely fashion, and in a truly professional manner.
