I wanted to wait to leave feedback just to make sure their material was a close match to the exam. I paid $399 for the online course on May 31, 2020, and studied all of the material, including the downloadable book, without additional classes, besides the ones on Facebook with CRES, which I highly recommend watching. They give out as much information as they can to help you pass. I passed the Colorado Real Estate exam on July 23, 2020, on my first attempt. I’m now on my way to get fingerprinted and move forward. Thank you Colorado Real Estate School!

Thank you so much to the Colorado Real Estate School for being such an informative, convenient, and thorough resource the past few months. I know I'm not the only person out there trying to position themselves for potential career supplements/options as a result of the pandemic, I'd highly recommend anybody mulling over the possibility of real estate to consider CRE for your educational needs and requirements. Definitely prepared me for the exam! Easy to use interface, the exams are incredibly real-life accurate and the instructors are clear. They are also very present on social media and available with up-to-date answers where other students get stuck. I passed on my first try (twice now) and definitely recommend!

This course is amazing, I was able to finish it (with long 8-10hr days) in exactly a month and passed my test on the first try with flying colors 96%. I felt great about all of the information and feel equipped to go start my business! Great job CRES!
