I started with another online school and switched to Colorado Real Estate School because I wanted the videos and more interactive format. There is a lot I like about CRES, but there are definitely things that need improvement. PROS: Very responsive to emails and questions, lots of additional support with webinars and the Exam Cram, lots of exam prep questions that really helped me be ready for my test CONS: The videos are very hard to get through as the speaker talks so slow and is not engaging at all. The info graphics remind me of what my teachers did in high school (and I was in high school nearly 20 years ago) so it feels very outdated and dry. I also got very frustrated that many of the question on an exam weren't covered until the NEXT SECTION. So I would have to look a lot of things up online to complete the exams, and then the next video would cover the exact things I was looking up. So the flow isn't great. It would also be nice to have a percent complete thing to show how much you have left. The course outline and list of classes doesn't give you an idea of how far you have to go to complete the course. The other RE school I was doing before this one had a running percentage clock that made it so easy to know how much I had done and how much was left. Overall, CRES gets the job done and its a great economic value. But it needs a lot of work to be up to date and user friendly. If price is most important to you, this is the school for you.

I really liked the class though the videos would have been more bearable if it showed the man talking on a lectern. Also an extra month would be nice to get things done, it’s a lot of information to unpack and a lot of people learn best by doing not reading.

It's okay. Doesn't go into a lot of detail. Expects online users to use Google a lot.

Need to focus more on the mathematical problems and not skim over it. Also, update the material to updated regulations such as CD vs HUD. Way too much mana tone speaking!!

This course is decent if you want a passing grade. They say the know what questions are on the final exams but they don't because the course is older than the great pyramids. Overall you'll get a feel but I personally think it need to be updated and the website is outdated.

I think the template and online format for the materials is good, however, the presentation and content could be improved and updated. Some of the materials and questions are not updated properly and do not reflect changes to law. I think CRE school needs to spend more time on updating materials and content.
