terrible company, fees are way too high.

Worst experience ever. I provided my driver’s license to verify my address while traveling abroad. The bank took 10 days to perform a 2-second check. Because of their delay, my license expired, and they are now using that as an excuse to keep my cards blocked. A driver’s license verifies an address regardless of its expiration date for driving. They suggest I wait another 10 days to review a passport while I am stranded in a foreign country is a complete lack of common sense and basic empathy. Unacceptable. I spoke 4/17/2026 at 11:00am PST

Absolutely Horrible CS! Calls are handled by overseas call centers that employ absolutely clueless and totally unprofessional agents! They never help and are extremely lazy!

Need to offer zero stars!! This card was referred by Experian Credit, dont ever use their recommendations. I paid Credit One in full in Oct 2025, by phone, an amount THEY quoted. They even transferred me to the dept that offers you the moon not to close your acct!! I have an email confirmation of the acct closure, plus a refund for overpayment issued in Nov 2025. For the last 7 months they have been charging me interest fees on an empty acct. Now it's showing delinquent and lowering my score. I have recorded phone messages trying to straighten this out but they just hang up. Don't EVER get a card from them. Not worth the hassles.

I got a card from them, it took 2 months to get to me because they would not change my address for weeks, then, I got the card, bought some coffee and pizza and they froze my card. They would not accept my documents, and said I still owed to pay the first payment plus $30. They are all scammers. This is not capital one, its a cheap spinoff. DO NOT EVEN APPLY.

Unauthorized transactions were made on my account in another state where I was not physically present. I have clear evidence proving my location at the time, but the bank continues to ignore it and refuses to properly investigate. Instead, they are holding me responsible and demanding payment for transactions I did not make. Very concerning experience

0⭐️CANCEL YOUR CARD before they change terms on you! Guess there is a clause that they can change their agreement with you at any point regardless of your perfect pay history and 800+ credit score. They charged me a $95 annual fee that was NOT in the original agreement I signed. I only signed up because in the original agreement there was no annual fee. Why would I have signed up for a $1500 credit limit for $95 a year when I have other cards with 12k+ and 10k+ limits with rewards and no fee.

Paid my bill 9 days ago, balance still has not updated. Last month they wanted me to prove my payment by bank statements and that took a week to clear..this card sucks
