to begin i pay all my cards off if i have any balance in full,i have 2 cards with them i tried to cancel the one & they refer me to a specialist talk you out of it & eliminate the fee for 6 months the other i put in a dispute i guess i have one of those magical cards that can get out a safe & fly to stores and charge things i got an email from experian my other card had a balance of 750 $ i double checked yesterday card was in my safe in the envelope it came in only i have the code for & i live alone i cannot wait to get away from doing business with them i put in a dispute a few days ago on the charge .

I'm giving one star because it's not possible to give zero but this company has the absolute worst customer service imaginable. I spent over an hour and spoke to at least seven different representatives who I believe may be Indian but definitely are not English as a first language speakers. They didn't just have a little bit of an accent. They literally could not understand a word I was saying and I could not understand them either. Finally, after more than an hour I was able to speak to a us-based representative who was also absolutely awful and super rude. Her name was Madison. After having a credit One account for literally years, I had to travel on an assignment with my job for several months. I've never reported fraud on my account or had any problems and I pay off my bill in full every month. I noticed my card was frozen and I called in to find out why again. I spoke to Indian people who couldn't tell me anything but I looked online and saw that I needed to provide proof of identification. Okay done no problem. But since I had transferred my account to a PO box where I'm on assignment so that I'd be able to get and pay my bills my account had been frozen. When I spoke to the American representative she told me unless driver's license and my account matched then I would remain Frozen. I told her there's no way I can get a utility bill because my mailing address is clearly a commercial mailing center. She told me there's no way to change my ing address back to the old address because my account is frozen unless I provided a utility bill. It's like a scene out of Kafka. Madison also told me she was the ultimate authority and there was nothing more that could be done. These people are freaking crazy.

If your interested in a credit one and do get approved for a unsecured credit card don’t worry about it being without the risk of somehow having to verify a payment you made with your own money a wild ***block and for nothing but 298$ tho 298 $ is a helpful sum in many cases it’s really just comes down to something retarded and the fact I didn’t even fully get a few seconds of exonerated silence before they basically withhold usage of the card completely just for a random verification that I PAID FOR be careful what you think is a Avenue that seems beneficial but I will say the company will approve you in seconds not weeks and the pay to pay value is over a hundred but don’t forget this how A Entire Year of work And Life’s Worth of Information is Stolen and the fact that customer Service are Hardly even able to be understood with a odd Language Barrier to boating and nawing annunciation makes the experience just to much when you barely have any money to spend which can be a worry if you ever get to comfortable and or have a need at a unexpected time and Losing a uneasy day of Activity Stress Without Not Forgetting To Check Your App Or Card overview For Any UNFORTUNATE SCRUTINIES your not always going to be able to verify your OWN BALANCE PAYMENTS OR BANK “FUNCTIONINGS”WITHOUT it BECOMING A INCONVENIENCE.! -DESHAWN

I can't give this no stars. I received a creditone amex card in the mail. Before I even had a chance to use it, someone ran it up over $700 at 20 or so Target stores. I reported this and they credited back the fraud charges and issued a new card. I just got the new card. A few days later, without using the card again, I got a text from creditone stating I owed over $900, even though the text before that said I owed $0. This is the same thing over again. This time I contacted my attorney. I went to the site and shut down the card, but there is no way to see what was charged. I believe this company is committing fraud. I was passed up to three different people who heard me, then passed me on. I finally hung up after an hour. I'm done hopefully.

WORST COMPANY to work with. They charge an annual fee. They will call you non stop 24/7 even if you already spoken to someone they continue to call and harass you.

The worst credit card company to get a credit card with. Not only do they charge an annual fee as soon as you sign up. Which is complete nonsense. That just shows how greedy of a company they are. If you have any issues, get ready to speak to someone that is going to be very difficult to understand due to it being an international call. I haven't used my card in a year and have been making payments and my balanced hasn't went down yet after a year of payments. Due to all their fees and nonsense. I closed my account and let it go to collections because I would at least have a chance of paying it off. My credit limit was 1500 but I own them 1900 I'm not sure how they came up with that number. They even charge annual fees in collections lol

Garbage bank, garbage service. It’s like clowns who decided to open a bank. Stay away. You’ve been warned!

They keep billing me but I don't have a card thru them. They did a fake review and said I still owe them 😂
