They keep billing me but I don't have a card thru them. They did a fake review and said I still owe them 😂

Very shady company. I have heard of all the horror stories about credit cards and always stayed away. Unfortunately for me I am looking to rent my own place and I received to letter from credit one with in bold to sign up for card and receive my $2500 credit which I was going to use for rent and emergencies . Upon receiving my card, I only have a $300 credit line along with their outrageous apr rate. If I was only going to get $300 instead of the $2500 it made sure that I seen then I would've went with a different credit card card with alot lower apr and with a couple of hundred more credit limit. Other credit card companies make it clear what credit limit I would have. They don't try to put a couple of thousand dollar credit limit in bold big letters, they put what you actually would get which would be a couple of hundred dollars . Shady company would recommend any other credit card company . I would rate with zero stars but it won't let me .

Absolutely horrible. They hid the fact they have a fee in small print when it should be in large red letters. Of course they add that to the total which makes the claim of $400 credit limit deliberately misleading. They provided a digital card upon approval, then said I wasn't supposed to use it until I got the physical card for no reason. Support will threaten to hang up if you tell them you are recording, which is yet another undeniable sign of bad faith and shady dealings, especially when I can record them in my state and I don't have to disclose it. I am two days late paying due to unforseen circumstances, and they have called at least 4 times today without leaving a message. Stay away unless any of this sounds like good customer service, but if I knew then what I know now, I'd never have done business with them. There are no regulations because of our mad king, and there clearly is no honor, ethics, or morals in business any more, and these folks are another clear example. I tried to pay them several times, including one time where there was sufficient funds for a WEEK, yet they somehow never took my money. When my wife's Trust finally comes through, I will be retaining a lawyer.

Okay so I got pproved for a credit card limit of $300 and I think I have to pay like $25 to get it started well after using it all up and pay my first payment I ended up losing my job and I wasn't able to make the payment so I ended up calling them because they kept calling me when I did talk to the lady she offered to help me with that I forgot what it's called but either way it goes they were able to reset my payments in Louisville without making something negative on my credit which that's where I was working on at first I have never had that done before I appreciate y'all love you

Before I even received the card they charged me the annual fee, then I get a message saying that I'm over my spending limit by $15 but it doesn't show where that $15 was charged from. There's no freedom, there's no apologies for their reprehensible behavior, and there's no way anyone should get this card or deal with this bank. They call it a credit builder but it's a scam. Charge me $65 before I've even had the card a week? Terrible.

Credit One bank is a terrible bank. I got the card when I was rebuilding my credit now it’s been years and my credit is above 800. My income is $200,000 a year and I can’t get them to raise my credit limit above $1400 the card is worthless. It’s on my desk. I pay the eight dollars a month. I’m afraid to close the card because of what I’ve read on other reviews suggesting that they will continue to charge you and if you don’t pay, they will write bad stuff for your credit stay away from this card. All my other card have a credit limit of over $10,000 yet bank will send me offer preapproved for additional card, but won’t approve an increase in my credit limit. Terrible people hard to get a hold of on the phone and they’re very unhelpful. They sound like they’re foreigners in the call center. You can’t get anybody that can actually make decisions stay away.

I used credit one as my first time credit card. Kept low utilization etc. Paid the balance in full be fore it was due. But one problem, they never would replace my $500 balance but kept charging me monthly fees. I would be stupid and kept paying them even though I couldn't use the card for anything. When I would call I would get rude customer service or someone that I couldn't understand. So I closed the card and now 10yrs later I am getting a 1000 debt bill in my mail about this horrible card company. Never get this card it's a scam and shitty bank. I don't care how bad your credit is or was once upon a time run from this card and don't look back.
