I got a payday loan of $125
I'm updating my review because they fixed the issue and they did it very quickly. They are legit and I really have nothing bad to say. The only thing they could change is maybe lowering the fees. They are a little high. They give you the money very quickly and the amount is not bad either so I do appreciate that. Thank you for making things right.

If I recall
If I recall, correctly, there's not really a good way to repay early. It would count as a change pay date, and the early pay date I wanted to use was not on the calendar.

Great app for quick cash in between…
Great app for quick cash in between payday. Experience very similar to Dave, Brigit and Cleo. Flexible with adjusting repayment date if you have an issue with original date . Downside is the bi-weekly fee of 3.49 ( every 2 weeks) to access payday advance features otherwise it would be 5 stars

They are generally good but I am having a family emergency and need to postpone repayment because I can't risk a reduced advance and I can't get anyone to respond.

I’ve enjoyed my time with credit genie…
I’ve enjoyed my time with credit genie for the most part, they would be perfect if the fees were lower and they had flexible payment options. Some may want to pay off early, or if something happens, they can communicate when they can pay back, instead of them going into the account and taking it and get approved for a lesser amount.

Their terms are fair
Their terms are fair. But, if I get one cash advance immediately after paying off the previous one, I get approved for a lower amount.

My experience was easy
My experience was easy, as long as you pay your advance on time. Credit Genie has no problem giving a high advance. They have flexible payment dates and options. I think Credit genie could work on having more live support. Lower the fees since some of us like to tip. I've been in business with them for over a year and I am really satisfied thank you.

Credit genie is a great if you get approved
Credit genie is a great app for getting money in a pinch, but after switching my bank (due to my old bank closing) I never get approved for anything. Great if you get approved, but not so good if you had to switch banks through no choice of your own and not get approved.
