I got charged on my card but don't know…
Got charged on my card but don't know what for. I didn't even complete the application. What is the phone number to customer service please. Then when this matter is cleared up I'll give a better rating. Thank you

I always get an advance when needed but…
I always get an advance when needed but they can never get my repayment day right. I get paid on Thursday not wednesday. They can never take full repayment amount cause the take it to earlu

Getting a response from these guys takes forever.
I have been waiting for Credit Genie to respond to my inquiry for a week, just sent them a follow up today; my account was randomly disabled and I'm desperate to get some help. It seems like there's just 1 person handling customer services or maybe I'm just that stupid. This is a disgrace!

What went wrong is that I was approved…
What went wrong is that I was approved for the 100.00 loan, and next thing I know I can't get back in the app, it keeps saying I disconnected my account and I did not!!!! Tried to access my account on the app tonight and I can't, says I need to contact customer support. Not good

Credit Genie is one of the better ones don't get caught up
Credit Genie is one of the better ones. However, they all charge a monthly fee and other fees like leaving a tip. Then there's a lighting fee. If you want the money on the same day. Don't get caught up. Don't get a lot of them without paying the other one back. This is easy to do. I watch my daughter do it.

The repayment process time is…
The repayment process time is ridiculous with this company. I was able to get a $100 advance in November and it was paid back on December 05. This transaction has cleared my bank. It still shows in the app that I owe them the advance. I was told that it takes 4 business days for the repayment to show up in the app. Inconvenience in this day and age. Brigit and Money Lion are the best of all these cash advance apps. Your repayment with them shows up immediately and if you have to take another advance, you can do that and it shows up in your account immediately!
