Worst company ever. Do not do business with them. They scammed me out of 4.99 and did not even get me an advance!

They're scammers& thieves! They say you can get an advance then they don't give you one but keep taking money out of your bank account! I just filed a fraudulent charge and had all the screenshots the bank needed! Do not use these robbers!!

This is clearly an account skimming scam. They’re waiting for someone to get in a bind, then charge them money for a cash advance they either won’t give you, or according to a lot of App Store reviews (which they’re also clearly deleting some of them) if they offer any sort of advance to someone, they do it once or twice then deny it. Either that, or their app “freezes” or some other excuse, and won’t let them take another, because they’re hoping you’ll forget about it and they can continue to skim money out of as many peoples accounts as possible. Try contacting customer service, you wait 3 days to get a useless response. After them sneaking in and taking a monthly subscription fee to “connect to your account” cancel it within an hour of the charge, and they refuse to refund money. This app is purely a scam and nothing more

Everytime it is time for my advance to come out Credit genie takes their money instantly with no problem, however it waits almost a week to clear on the app even though the money has long left my account, after a week it clears then an instant loan should not even be listed because there is absolutely no instant it charges you 4.99 for them to give you the advance whenever they get ready. It is a very stressful situation with someone already needing instant access to their funds. It is really false info and advertising and should be reported, I don't see how this app has remained in business other than taking full advantage of people in need of cash, it's sad really and they should be stopped. I have contacted customer service multiple times by email they have absolutely NEVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME AS IF THEY COULD CARE LESS WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY!

This company is a total scam. Rude staff and support, and they will take your money and subscription fee despite you cancelling it, and block you! Unreal. App wouldn’t ever load or crashed half the time. Pretty sure they are scamming, and I have started reporting them accordingly. Stay away from them at all costs!
