Charged me 79.07 cents after they told me I couldn't get any money fronted to me and I cancelled it maybe ten mins after i downloaded the app do not recommend never would i even down load the app.

No live customer service, no phone number!
No live customer service! No phone number to call to get a refund! I never authorized credit genie to take $4.99 I am demanding a refund immediately! I gave my bank info. To have a loan deposited! Never agreed to any fees! Never was told I could not speak to a live customer service person either! I must communicate only by email! This was never disclosed- I want out immediately they are a SCAM! Demanding a refund of $4.99, NOW!

I went online just to review, they offered $10 advance which I did not accept. They then withdrew $4,99 from my checking account without my consent. I am disgusted

Fraud
Fraud takes advantage of low income and the Elderly charges a fee then denies your request! Reported to the FTC won’t stop till my $4.99 is returned. Small amount but add up all the people they scam!! Beware of them please report if you are a victim so we can stop them.

Uhm I'm confused and for some reason 4.99 was taken from my debit card I have never heard of these people...this crap is fraud I don't need a cash advance..I will be disputing this charge with my bank and changing my info...I am pissed
