Credit Genie has a pretty good scam…
Credit Genie has a pretty good scam going on. You pay the monthly fee only for them to tell you that you are not eligible. But hey, good news is you might be eligible in a day or so. This way they keep you on the hook. Like a slot machine that never pays out

Crappy Company
This company is a fraud and rip off. I was billed $4.99 and when I ask to be refunded they advised I agreed to the charge so it was valid. I did not see anything about a bank connect fee prior to signing up or I would have not have done so. Why would I pay a fee to connect my bank account to your app. Looking at the reviews I wonder if a class action lawsuit can be filed against them for unlawful business practices.

I logged into my bank account and saw a charge for $4.99. Not everyone can afford to have an $5 missing from their account. So, I suggest they fix this before the bank gets involved.

This company is totally a rip off.They drafted my account of 4.99 without my permission. It's not the amount,it's the principal. Then they make it almost impossible to speak with someone about it. Totally scam!!!!

It’s horrible and frustrating
It’s horrible and frustrating. The app doesn’t work when it’s time to sign in to pay your bill. It’s always some kind of issues with the app every month and you can never get in contact with the help desk. The worse idea I’ve ever came up with.

It takes to long to get a new advance
It takes to long to get a new advance plus sometimes I get $100 sometimes I get $10 that makes no sense what am I going to do with $10 advance this ridiculous
