Shut this place down they are liars and my bank blocked them! They are a scam and disconnect from PLAID to credit genie that'll stop how much they see in your account.

Unexpected errors
Credit genie worked well for a little bit then disconnected my bank account so I had to reconnect now has disconnected my debit card so they have got the money from my advance plus the outrageous fee for depositing my advance within a couple mins and now won’t show me that it has been paid back so I can advance

I was able to connect my bank account…
I was able to connect my bank account however I could not connect my debit card, so that was a waste.

Why was a fee taken out if account when i dont even have a loan or anything with you guys?? A plaid fee of 4 dollars scammed

signed up for credit genie and kept…
signed up for credit genie and kept applying for over 3 weeks and they disabled account , they are such liars and i think they should be shut down. anyone else thinking of doing business with them dont waste your time. find empower, cleo,or dave they are worth it. but not credit genie. liars and ripoffs.

Scam company, just want to take your money
I don't remember signing up with this company. If I had wanted to use them I would have kept the app. Anyway, they went into my account today and tried to take $3.49 from me. For what? I haven't received anything from them and don't even have the app. I want them to take me off whatever list it is that they have me on right away. I refuse to pay for anything that I don't have or didn't sign up for.

Please tell me how you pulled $100 from my account FIVE DAYS before my payment was due and there is no recollection in the app. I actually can’t believe this. Thank God my bank has all the proof. I will never use this app every again and I better get every penny back
