I wasn't offered any kind of loan but they charging my bank account every two weeks and I get nothing this is a scam to the fullest they have no phone number you can call scammers

I never heard of this company and they charged my card this month. When i reached out they victim blamed me saying no i signed up on 5/3/2024 and had to have because i did through text. Ok i went through my phone and nothing. As i said never heard of them either. They are agumental and treat people like crap. Ohand simply asking wt ef is wrong with this company got them screaming abuse. Childish customer service and they refuse to accept someone committed fraud. Reported to propper authoraties as well. Edit. So still 2 weeks later and you refuse to pay it back and delete the fraudulent account? Look i am autistic and disabled due to a nuerological issue. I did not download this app as i said so answer that?

I got an 80 loan and after I received it my account was locked. Now they are saying it takes 60 days to unlock it. Now I'll be charged the fee every month without being able to stop it. It said I disabled my account on my own and I did no such thing. I'll never use it again nor will I recommend anyone to use it.

Every time I pay my repayment, it takes at least 5 days before I can get another advance, also ya'll disconnected my debit card, I've been trying for at least 4 weeks to reconnect my card, I get a message "not verifiable", it's the same I have used since day one

I got an advance from credit genie, on August 2nd they taken out the payment. Each time I see if I qualify for another advance, I’m getting a notice that my account has an outstanding balance. I’ve wrote to them and I get a lame email with no explanation of why. Since they have taken my money from account, my account is now in the negative and I have no idea why I can’t get an advance after paying them back. I thought this was a good place but now it’s not what I thought it would be. I’m so disappointed
