This people need a -1 in service
This people need a -1 in service. They charged my account for $113.99 + 3.99 of service fee AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY, Either respond properly, your customer service system SUCKS. No real people and no real solution! YOU ARE SCAMMING people. Here is copy of your crappy customer service “ your request (Id: #191842).” since 10/24/24 no solution and no real answer!

Why is Credit Genie taking out a fee but I’m not eligible for an advance? Please help this make sense.

My account is under disabled status and…
My account is under disabled status and they still took fee. I contacted them and they told me to log in and disable account.How can I do that when I'm not able to log in because it's disabled.They don't want to refund the fee.People be aware.

Every time I try for an advance I’m denied but I have all the requirements fulfilled and still getting denied you need to quit telling people that they qualify only to get denied

Need improvement
Came in handy a couple of times but Issue with the app. Payments weren’t taken said date. Payment couldn’t be taken because my Bank account closed tried to log in same to to update bank info and had no access to my account. Wasn’t able to get any assistance getting into account or making payment ..
