Have no issue getting the advances
Have no issue getting the advances, but paying 9.99 a month for the membership then 16.99 instant fee is way too much if I didn’t need it I wouldn’t be doing it , yall should really lower the instant fee most apps are 5.99 for instant

Credit genie has helped me out , but why can’t I get more money than 100$ or 50$ the first time I got 150$ or 200$ but it is what it is

The repayment process takes entirely…
The repayment process takes entirely too long. Absolutely zero reason I shouldn’t be able to pay instantly with my debit card. Also can’t pay it off early, which is strange. The app has helped me financially a few times, but I’ll be cancelling as soon as I’m able to get back on my feet.

I was happy and it was easy
I was happy and it was easy. Then a few weeks in realized all the extra charges. Weekly charges. It takes a week to process your payment. Now it will not let me sign in. Keeps saying download app while using my app. I just want to stop my subscription and sign out but am not able.

Bad communication
This place is no good to get a loan no way you can get in touch with them plus they take out almost 5$ a week for a subscription you never ask for no way to cancel to much of a hassle don't do it.
