I have a bank account and receive deposits. The process claims to be easy and no credit check. It did not take long to input my info and connect my bank. I got timed out because I could not locate my bank card. I found it and went to apply and was denied due to bank being less than 3 months when I have had for 7 years and it said no direct deposits were made which they were. I chatted with the chat feature which needs to be uninstalled because they repeated the same thing! The chat said something smart in the end. If I have the screenshot I will upload it too! Nothing better be taken out of my account. There is some ridiculous $4.99 bi-weekly fee. People try to get over and take money. I uninstalled the app. Will never use and I don't recommend this to anyone. My friend referred me, but I should have read the reviews first. Horrible and not just because they denied me.

They charge ridiculous prices to get advance they will give you high advance then once you pay it they drop your advance amount drastically

ive been trying to email them to change my number and nbdy emails me back took money out of my account and i want to get another advance and they have yet to answer my email

Zero stars, I have tried to repay my advance for MONTHS now. The app keeps pushing it to the next day - this has been going on since JULY - It is September. The customer service people don’t care and keep telling me to wait for it to settle or they try to say it's because my account doesn’t have the money to repay the advance (it does) I went in the app and disconnected my bank account but they decided to re-connect it without telling or asking me and charged me the $4.99 fee today. They will not refund me or help me to repay the balance and close the account. They're keeping me stuck in this account so they can keep stealing $4.99 from me whenever they decide to reconnect my bank and take it - yet they won't take the $55 repayment that I still owe. It is infuriating and support will not help at all. BEWARE, Use a different advance app if you need to but avoid Credit Genie.

I had downloaded the app, connected my bank account and received a $50 loan which helped out, went back on the app the very next day to check something and they (Credit Genie) permanently disabled my account under their terms and conditions. I emailed them, and whoever the female was that emailed me and stated "Your account has been permanently disabled in accordance with our terms and conditions and cannot be reinstated," and said nothing more. I replied back stating that, that doesn't tell me anything. I want to know what I did wrong and of course I am still waiting to get a response and that was 3 days ago...

I applied for credit genie and got denied so I canceled my membership but I get charged the next month and I tried to cancel again and get charged again. There is no way to talk to a human and no phone number to call. I still get charged till this day. It's only $5 but it adds up. They aren't taking money from me. They are taking it away from my children.

Signed up for this app and for a whopping $15 loan. Paid it back on time and my bank account activity hasn’t changed from when I got the first “awesome” $15 loan, and now they won’t give me another one. In addition, they want a bi-weekly change of $4.99 to keep your bank account connected so they can “review” your activity. Absolute GARBAGE

This app is full of B.S I got a cash advance 1 time and repaid on time and now for some reason I'm never able to get another one... it's like why are they so difficult such a scam but yet wants to charge your card bi weekly for subscription..get lost🤔🤔🧐🧐
