I Absolutely LOVE Credit Acceptance
I Absolutely LOVE Credit Acceptance. One stop financing, no hastle waiting on exceptions and fast funding. Pre-approval on stips, so no worries with clearing docs after customer has left with vehicle.

Abrupt Unenrollment Costing thousands in sales
Unenrolled due to a salesman, they decided who I was able to employ even when this person didn't touch CAC. THIS CAUSED MY BUSINESS A LOT OF MONEY, TIME, AND RESOURCES. My top 2 performing employees were forcibly let go. When mentioning bringing one back I was told credit acceptance cannot tell me who I can employ as long as their name was not on any deals and they do not touch CAC deals. So this person was brought back as BDC and my funding was pulled faster that I could blink. No unfortunate response, no email regarding reasoning for getting turned off, no clarification as to why even after being told staffing doesn't make the decision, only who uses the financing programing did... This abrupt cancellation of contract made me ultimately decide to close my car lot down as CAC is the major lender in the area and getting another funding company is a lengthy process.

Love how everything is straight forward…
Love how everything is straight forward easy to put deals together except for the deal fee's should not be a mystery or require a mathematician to figure it out!I would love to see the deal fee's posted clearly so there is no confusion!

Credit Acceptance is the best in the market
Credit Acceptance has allowed me to take BHPH to a higher level. There are some things I see coming that I’m in disagreement with… The ability for customers to use CA portal and get approved is not to my benefit. Mainly because it discloses too much information that may scare customers away along with providing them with competitive dealer choices.
