At the end of our application, we note that if we are not able to make a low-APR bank-funded Credibility Capital loan, you have the option of being referred to one of our partners, who might be able to help with financing. You indicated on the application that it was OK to refer you. In such a case, we send only your contact information to one partner, and we only receive compensation if a loan for you closes with that partner. In your case, we have now directed that partner to delete your contact information. We apologize for the confusion.
