Great to work with. I visited 10 alternative small business lenders, and ultimately planned to go with Credibility Capital. However, I was able to get a more traditional line of credit from a bank at a lower interest rate, so I went with the bank.

In particular my Loan Specialist, Mya Elzy was wonderful! I like this company, and look forward to taking advantage of other loan products in the future! They did a Skype conference with me before funding, which was a nice touch for me to see who I am doing business with, and vice versa. The whole process was seamless, with my Mya working round-the-clock to get me approved. Now after the deal is done, I can still reach Mya with a phone call, which is not typical in the industry. With other lenders, you hear from them relentlessly until the deal is done and they you can't get a hold of them. I can only assume that the culture of this company is simply different from all the others. You can't just get one good loan person. They must train their people well, and empower them to take care of the borrower or potential borrower. Customer service answers right away. The hold time was all of 30 seconds. Very helpful people. Plus there is a website you can go to for any information on your loan. Everything seems honest and professional. You will not get the "scammy" call-center, high pressure feel that I've gotten with every single other lender I dealt with. One piece of advice though, make sure you deal directly with Credibility Capital. You can easily get stuck with a company that shops out your loan to Credibility, and then have a fee for that contact.

I would recommend Credibility to anyone needing capital for their small business! There are many, many small business lenders available to choose from, and we have dealt with a number of them. Some are good to work with, but others are not always truthful about their fees, how much you have to pay off when you pay off the debt early (even though they say there isn't a prepayment penalty), etc., but Credibility was upfront and truthful regarding everything. Even though we had a couple of problems just before funding, they worked through them quickly so that we could receive the funds when we needed them. Credibility is the real thing! Melina, our rep, was definitely on our side from the beginning and bent over backwards to accommodate our special needs. I give them Five Stars!
