After being threatened with legal action against me for my last 2 posts about Creative Websmith, I will summarize my experience without "defamatory" comments. Service and execution of my project were poor. The web building "expert" clearly had no idea or motivation to provide me a working professional looking site. I did not appreciate the high pressure sales tactics to get me to pay them A LOT more money to build me a new site either. They did refund me my money, but not until several hostile calls from me. In my opinion, this company has a lot to improve on in terms of service and professionalism.

If this was asked at the commencement of my project, I would have declined or made negative comments because of the dragging in doing what suppose to be done. But as soon as Jeff took over the affair of the project, I could not believe my eyes on how the process started flying like airplane. I wish he had actually started the project with me. I do appreciate his unrelenting effort to make sure my website comes out well.

Great company to develop professional website

part of the service was delivered however they took money for some services that they never procured for me. They made up excuses and reasons but all those were false. Overall I didn’t enjoy working with this company.

I had my website with another company and they were not working with me at all. Scott was a patient man getting on Zoom calls with me as he developed the site. I am so impressed with my website. I am one happy customer. If you need a website, this is the place to get a new one.
