Jasper Zane is by far the worst project manager ever hired by any company. He uncommitted to the project, and never lands on the agreed time to complete a task.

Did not deliver functioning website:

I spent much more on the website design than I should have, over twenty-five hundred for a portfolio site. The were charging me seven hundred and fifty dollars biannually for maintenance. Finally they offered a three year deal for a thousand dollars and now the website is going down all the time. Not very respectful to a Who's Who listee.

Everything initially appeared promising with this company, but I can now confirm that every single one-star review here is entirely accurate!! We entrusted them with thousands of dollars upfront to build a website, only to be strung along for months with empty promises and subpar results. The so-called "demo" they delivered was non-functional, incompatible with mobile devices, and entirely devoid of the features we specifically requested and were told they were able to produce. To make matters worse, they demanded additional payments to "hire specialists" for work that was clearly outlined in our initial contract—essentially holding our project hostage for more money!! We had already spent so much and had hopes the additional cost would give us a finished product as they had promised. Their entire operation is smoke and mirrors. None of their promises are credible, and their claims of being an American-based company are misleading on purpose. While they list a Florida location, the majority of the communication and work is outsourced. Only the salesperson was fluent in English which normally wouldn't matter but when you are trying to convey so many important details a language barrier becomes a difficult hurdle to overcome. Even basic communication required constant effort on our part, multiple calls to different people only to wait days or more for a return call. Weeks would pass without updates, and when they did respond, it was often during irregular hours, showing no regard for professionalism or urgency. We spent over $10,000 and shared an extensive amount of information, yet we have absolutely nothing to show for it—not even a refund, which has proven even harder to obtain than the unfinished product they failed to deliver. This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism and dishonesty. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

Complete scammers. Didn't follow through, constantly delayed work, and blocked my calls when I asked for a refund. They will beg you for second chances until you just give up. Do not pay up front from their high pressure tactics or you will regret it.

I would be surprised if any of these reviews are real. PLEASE notice how many positive reviews specifically name a person and the negative ones do not. Completely fake as I know first hand how they conduct (more so DON’T) their business and that is by NO means positive! I doubt this fake company has ever built a viable website and after 2 years of trying to get them to complete mine, they decided to walk away! I asked for my money back on at least 5 occasions over the past 2 years, at which time they began the act of appearing to work on my website, then just disappear again. After dragging their feet for nearly two years and having to start all over so many times with new rep after new rep, they decided to just discontinue, as if they felt entitled to do so, like they did nothing wrong !! They left me hanging with a half finished piece of trash “website” that had been live for months (I was unaware until July), while it was a big unfinished & embarrassing mess. I now have someone working on it that cannot believe how many crucial things were not completed by creative websmith to help the website actually sell. For instance SEO!! My score when the new company took over was 50 for SEO, which would never make a sale. In the middle of this mess last year, one of the 5-6 reps I dealt with over the course of this endeavor, begged me to give HIM a good review on here. Not the company, but him. Then, he was also just gone. Quit or fired, I have no idea. Each time someone left their employ, my website was forgotten until I contacted them frustrated out of mind, to push them to continue. And of course, we had to start from the beginning each and every time!! I felt I was babysitting toddlers! The previous review from me on this site was coerced and is NOT for Creative Websmith in any way. This has been a long and extremely frustrating ordeal with what appears to be more scam than a true business. I have Multiple Sclerosis and this “cluster” mess has caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and toll on my health! They knew of my illness from the beginning. FYI, these people claim to be in Florida but are in fact not in the U.S. as all. Their address is for a virtual office in Orlando FL. It is a definite red flag if people lie about their true location. None of the reps I dealt with seemed to have a clue about anything having to do with technology or websites and it seemed to be a “learn as you go” kind of thing, at their customers’ expense. DO NOT choose this company unless you like getting jerked around, forgotten about and lied to! They are unprofessional and not the least bit trustworthy. If there is a way to sue them in another country, I will find it. They count on their victims giving up and not pursuing. They can expect a bitter road ahead, with as much frustration as they’ve given the persons that have paid, and received nothing.
