The only tool I use daily. I design often and am always looking for inspiration to create new ads. It’s crazy how many ads you need now a days to scale Meta ads and CreativeOS is the only way I can consistently pump out volume. Thank you for making this tool.

The only thing I wanted from this service was to download some proven image ad templates (which I did), so I only signed up for the 3 day trial. I don't know what the heck these other guys leaving bad reviews are complaining for, I was able to cancel it just fine, never even paid a cent. Idk, maybe it was because I cancelled it the same day I signed up I guess...

I'm a media buyer and have used CreativeOS for over 6 months now. It's a great platform with thousands of templates built off the back of actual winning ads! We've used templates in here to produce statics that have generated between 5 and 8X ROAS inside our retargeting campaigns Once of the biggest unlocks with the platform for us is to use the templates for rapid idea testing and validation before embarking on far more costly video production efforts Anyone that can't get value out of this is clearly bad at their job

I haven't had a good experience with this service. There aren't many templates, and they don't offer refunds. The UI makes it so difficult to contact customer support or request a refund, like many other software do. I contacted their customer support, which was no easy feat, and even after giving my reason for a refund, they still want feedback and won't even process my refund. Horrible, horrible service.

Hi Malcolm. I’m truly sorry you had such a poor experience with our service and support. You’re right, it should never be this hard to get help or request a refund. Under new leadership, we’ve made significant changes to both our product and customer support so situations like yours don’t happen again. They make it intentionally difficult to cancel your subscription to discourage you from doing so. You have to message them and wait several days for your data to be deleted. They’ll delete your account, keep your card information, and still charge you afterwards. There isn’t even a dedicated support email on the website’s landing page. They are scammers. Stay away from this sh*tty company.
