Why do you sell things that are not Irish & so cheaply made. It’s an embarrassment to your company. What I received was not Creative Irish!!! & that’s just wrong!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is valuable to us and helps us improve both our product selection and the information we provide to our customers. We understand how disappointing it can be to receive an item that doesn't match what you were hoping for. We offer a wide range of products at different price points to suit different budgets, and the quality and materials generally reflect the price of each item. We also work with a variety of suppliers, including many based in Ireland, while some products are manufactured elsewhere. We always aim to describe each product accurately so customers can make informed purchasing decisions. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure our product descriptions and selection meet our customers' expectations. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We reviewed your case and can confirm that your email was received on Sunday, July 19, and our team replied on Monday, July 20, the next business day. If you didn't receive our response, it's possible it was filtered into your spam or junk folder. We're always happy to help with returns and would be glad to assist further if needed. If you still need assistance with your return, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll be happy to help and ensure your request is resolved as quickly as possible.

I did not receive an answer to my email. Also, I followed you direction to return my purchase and have not heard if you that you have received it. There is no phone number to call and speak with a human.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We reviewed our records and were unable to find any emails from you. While our customer service team responds to all inquiries, occasionally emails may be delayed or fail to reach us. We also checked your return and can confirm that we received it and have processed your refund in accordance with our return policy. We apologize for any confusion regarding the status of your return and appreciate your patience throughout the process. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our customer experience.
