Great company, shipping mishap
Hated to give only a three star, but there was a mishap on delivery. My package was billed to me and shipped to a person who I did not know. Customer service was very prompt on reaching out to the person it was sent in error, and arranging for shipment to me. The shipping to me process took longer than expected. The package did finally arrive and contents were not damaged. All in all, products are good quality and customer service is top notch.

The Aran sweater I received is scratchy.
The Aran sweater I received is soooooo scratchy. Rather like the wool of 40 years ago. I have received several wool gifts from friends and family, as well as those purchased by myself when visiting Ireland (clothes, throws/blankets, shawls etc) in the last 20 years and the wool has been beautifully soft, so I'm confused. I gave it 3 stars because it's a pretty design and I'll try wearing it with a cashmere turtleneck underneath.
