I appreciate the extra effort to send a prepaid UPS label to redirect the gift I ordered to the birthday address.

No problem in the ordering process, and it was delivered promptly. One problem was that I had ordered a set of earrings but another set had been sent. I contacted the company via email (had to do some research to find a telephone number). Response was that there had been an error in their catalogue I could either keep was they sent or return for a full refund. The earrings that I had originally order were now no longer in stock. I opted to return, and company said they would send a prepaid postal label. Didn't receive label within a couple of days so emailed them again (can't get my money back until they get their product back). Took a week to get the label. I like this company, and I have bought numerous things before without any issues. I think the time it took for them to rectify my problem was too long.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a valued returning customer. We're pleased to hear that your ordering experience and delivery met your expectations, but we're sorry that the incorrect pair of earrings was sent and the delay in providing the return label. We appreciate your comments and are actively working to improve both our return processing times and the overall customer experience. Our goal is always to provide excellent service and make the return process as easy and convenient as possible. Thank you for your patience and continued support. Looking forward to providing you with the level of service you've come to expect from us.
