DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Giving one star because i can't give a zero. I wish i had done my research before buying the orthopedic shoes. I sent photos of packaging as well as shoes. As of today i got a message saying they shipped the size i ordered. There is no way these shoes are going to fit@

Does Business under this name & website--- ww.walkcloudsss.com Run -Do not buy from this site-- Sells cheap knock off shoes. Makes refunds almost impossible to get. The return shipping back to china is often more than the product. Do Not-- fall for the scam !!!!!

This is the worst product. The shoes do not fit at all, they are too wide and too long so if I take one step, the shoes fall off. I have sent several emails to return for refund and they are not responding. I will never buy anything through FB again. Buyers beware, research anything advertised on FB before buying. It seems from other other reviews I learned that these products came from China and they will not refund and are difficult to return. If I see the ad on FB again I will comment on that page.

Been back and forth with this company by email. I was told they have no quality problems with their shoes. So being made incorrectly is not a quality problem. Interesting. They have quite a scam going - shoes made too small, made incorrectly and then you get your money back when you return to China when they were shipped from California. Explains why there is no return information with the package which most reputable companies would provide. And yes, ad says they are Clark’s - false info. My bad, I should have read other reviews before buying what I thought were going to be cute, casual shoes. And out of 5 pairs of shoes only the black ones were made correct. The others are missing a strap on the toe and misshaped. They will give you a partial refund if you keep the shoes (in my case unwearable) and basically not bother them. Wish I could include the photos I sent them.

Trading under 'Orthopedic' shoes (they are not), this company sold me a pair of sandals supposedly in my normal size. I could not even get my feet into them and they are really poor quality. It turns out that it is a Chinese company (they never get western sizes right) and they are very hostile to the idea of our normal consumer rights. They tell me I have to pay (more than the price of the shoes) to ship them back to China before I can have a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I bought a pair of shoes. They were delivered wrapped on a plastic bag, no box, and were crushed beyond recognition. Also the size was misrepresented and they don't fit. They refuse to take them back and give me a refund. This company is a sham. Do not buy anything from them.

This is a Chinese company, (Shenzhen Haijan Technology), that sells knock-off, poor-quality products. Don't purchase anything from them, (under the name Creativecraft), because you will not be able to get a refund. If you have purchased a product from them, hopefully you used Paypal because they have them under review and will also deal with getting a refund for you. I am assuming they will eventually be removed from being able to use Paypal for payment. I wanted to give them '0' stars but didn't think that choice was available.
