I've had a fantastic experience with Creatify.ai! Their platform is incredibly intuitive and has made the process of content creation and AI-driven solutions so much easier. The team is professional and responsive, offering great support when needed. I’m impressed by how versatile their tools are, allowing for seamless integration into my projects. I highly recommend Creatify for anyone looking to enhance their AI capabilities. Great value for the price – will definitely continue using their services!

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription, but it’s extremely difficult. The unsubscribe button doesn’t work—only the upgrade button does. I’ve attempted to contact support to cancel manually, but I’m stuck with a chatbot that only gives prewritten responses. No option to speak to a real person or send an email. Like many others have said: PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I didn’t even use my complimentary 10 free credits received upon sign up, but they refused to refund my subscription after realizing their product does not meet my needs. The mouth sync on the demo is wayy better than what you get with the output, which is choppy and unrealistic. 5 credits per 30 seconds of video isn’t enough if you’re trying to make an online course. You’ll max out straight away. Anyway, not for me, and bad customer service experience.

I used creatify.ai to build some social media ads. I need it in a foreign language. Creatify.ai had plenty of languages and avatars to choose from and made it very simple to build the add. The audio, even in a foreign languages, was excellent. I even made a mistake when I signed up for my subscription and support was prompt and very helpful.

We've only done 2 videos. But based on these videos this platform definitely saved our company time and money not having to hire additional models to shoot videos. On these points alone I'd give it a 5. However, we just posted these videos and do not know their effectiveness yet. Also, the lip sync could be improved, but we have to tell the audience this is AI created. On this point, probably a 4. Having been involved with startups and new business ventures, I'm glad this company wanted feedback on their product. There are a lot who don't.

Great customer service and super sofware for making ads, very east to use
