Cool tool and nice Service.

I`ve bee using Creatify for a month and I am making ad videos with it very easily. It saves time for me and it is easy to use. The avatars are realistic and I like the scripts.

I recently had the best customer service experience with Creatify, and I can’t recommend them enough! I accidentally signed up for a yearly subscription when I meant to go monthly, and I was kicking myself over it. But their support team swooped in like super superheroes. They quickly sorted it out, refunded my money, and switched me to the monthly plan I wanted—all within a day. No hassle, no stress, just pure brilliance. Creatify’s not just about great tools; their team genuinely cares about their users. Five stars doesn’t do them justice—absolutely fantastic!

So far this has been the best AI video creating software that I have used! Every time I create a video, it turns out great! I have had one issue and their customer service was easy to work with a quickly took care of it!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! This is a complete SCAM!!! They charged me for a full year without my approval — and now they’re refusing to refund my money. I contacted support and got NOTHING but generic responses and total disrespect. These people are thieves, and this app is a fraud. I’m warning everyone — STAY AWAY!!! They will take your money and run. I’m already speaking with my lawyer and will do everything I can to take this down.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I paid a significant amount for the first year, only to receive low-quality videos from their AI tool—often with mismatched audio and visuals. I had no intention of renewing, yet they charged my card without consent through auto-renewal. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund and told me to dispute the charge with my bank. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
