CreatifyReviews of creatify.ai

The tools and user interface are extremely intuitive and I have already created a couple of very professional looking videos in no time at all. I have tried other providers and none were this easy to use or this high quality. Highly recommended !

I had some requests for which I contacted the support, they answered me immediately and explained everything I was looking for. The application is excellent, and so is the service. I give them a 5

It's a good product, they're learning very fast! Plus their Customer Support is stellar. Always prompt, and available to handle requests.

Literally impossible to cancel. The service itself was fine - in line with Arcads and some other competitors. But they literally made it impossible to cancel. I tried a few times. It turns out canceling your subscription isn't enough. You also have to "Unsubscribe" from the subscription. Super shady billing practices - so shady I actually had to take the time to leave a review. Startups who are watching your money: stay away.

This program does all it says it can do. I had an issue and there customer service was excellent in helping me out. I would highly recommend them

Their customer service has evolved significantly and is now more customer centric. The technology is improving, and they're offering more solid options. The platform delivers the results you need. Just make sure to use up all your credits each month, as the site doesn't carry over, "full utilization" of paid, unused credits. Which is fair, I think. Just use them all up. That's the only area I believe could use improvement. Despite this, I still give it 5 stars because of my overall experience with their platform, product, and customer service. I'm getting the results I need. Don't second guess yourself. Give it a try! Then, switch to an annual plan to really take advantage of the promotion.

The lip syncing is horrible, the voices do not match the faces, and its so painfully obvious its faked that it just looks scammy. Furthermore, I purchased their plan (which defaults to annual and is super unclear there is actually a monthly plan) so I could see if the premium avatars were more realistic, as advertised, but they were just as bad if not worse. When I asked for a refund, even though it was 8 minutes after paying, and I used 0 credits, they told me I could pay them $100 or get nothing. I am not the first person to have this issue.

So far this has to be one of the best programs I have used for creating adverts, very small learning curve, amazing results 11 out of ten at least
