I really like the platform. It's very straight forward on how to use it. You don't need any kind of technical skills to do whatever you need. The quality output is great and I like the options and lots of tools available.

We were charged for a subscription we forgot to cancel and never used at all. We reached out immediately asking for a refund, but Creatify hid behind a strict “no-refund policy” and refused, despite the fact that we hadn’t used the service even once. To make things worse, they suggested we waste our time scheduling a call just to plead our case—with no guarantee of anything. It’s exploitative and bad business. Most companies with even a shred of integrity would refund a charge for an unused service. Instead, they stonewall and make excuses. Avoid this platform unless you’re okay with being charged for nothing and getting zero support.

Terrible money grabbing company. USELESS app. I asked to cancel within 5 minutes of signing up which is WELL WITHIN my legal rights and they refused. If it was a legitimate company, they would allow refunds as they have enough customers to keep the business going. Very suspect.

Creatify is a great product for creating AI videos. It can automatically generate videos from a product URL (amazon, shopify, rightmove etc) in seconds. Love it!
