CreatifyReviews of creatify.ai

I have been with Creatify since they started. Obviously with new technology it can take a little bit to work out kinks. At first I would have given them a 4 star rating but now I give them a 5 star. I run a medium size ad agency and use Creatify daily for various clients. Their Avatar's and the most realistic in the industry but the best feature in my opinion is being able to quickly create your own. With a proper description you can get exactly what you want in no time at all.

Creatify is an AI tool that I primarily use to build a YouTube channel for political campaigning. It works. Almost all of the videos used are Creatify videos. We develop the topics at the agency, which are then presented by avatars. Within three weeks, we have gained more than 600 subscribers, which is quite good for Germany. The different avatars are good. It would be better to give each avatar more settings than the standard ones so that you can choose. An important basic tool would be to customize avatars. Unfortunately, the quality is not consistent. Sometimes it works in seconds, sometimes it takes a while and the results are not optimal. The tool needs more refinement here.

Saving time is the most important thing nowadays . This software help me a lot .

Creatify has helped me to create UGC and voice-over style content for our Facebook ads to test alongside our other ads. Being able to test varying types of creative has been crucial for our campaigns. Also, being able to tweak the copy, use our own stock videos, and make adjustments in the editor has been the difference between kind of good and pretty good. I'll likely test out the AdMax in the future.

Beware of this company! I've had three different instances with this company where I have gotten recurring charges unknowingly. All three of which were during a time period in which I never even used their platform. Due to the misunderstanding, I kindly requested a refund and made very valid points on why I felt I should receive at least a partial refund. Their terms of service policies are awful. But each time, two different reps refused to refund me a single penny. Awful customer service. I agree these other positive reviews have got to be from robots. Do not give them your business. They need to do better with customer service. It's too bad too because I would've spent tens of thousands of dollars on this platform in the next 5 years if they at least allowed for a partial refund and had better customer service. It's not worth losing someone who woud've been a potential loyal customer in the long-run because you didn't want to refund $100. Now I'll be moving to Arc ads.

It's so simple. Load in your site information and wait. Game-Changer!

Creatify Ai makes it very easy to design a video. I can change music, voices, avatars, etc, all with a couple clicks.

Helps me build my business,.
