Creatify is a wonderful ai for marketing small businesses without the huge costs of traditional advertising. Just enter a script, pick an avats, select the eotion and you're off and running. Very quick and intuitive.

The app is amazing and customer service is top notch. I love the fact you have the option of creating your own avatar. I highly recommend Creatify to others. I had an issue with creating a custom avatar. And Angel from the customer service department was able to help me resolve the issue promptly. I'm grateful for her.

Very bad experience with customer service. I purchased a yearly package and was not aware of the auto-renewal. I also did not receive any pre-notification that my account would be charged for another year. Support has been unhelpful and has stated no refund is possible. I will need to escalate this to the Financial Ombudsman. Please avoid this service if you can.

Customer support before the purchase by a live email response no less! Much appreciated in our new world of 99% (it seems) Bot interaction only. I did research the top options available and as a startup, ease of use and tools are excellent. I have more to learn but the "Lego" type layering is great for the novice! Good to have found Creatify!
