Hi Brian, thank you for your feedback. We want to address your points honestly and transparently for anyone reading this. Regarding the delivery timeframe, we acknowledge that the sign took longer than initially estimated. This was due to the complexity of the sign itself, which required additional production time to ensure it was built to the correct standard. We apologise that this was not communicated clearly enough during the process. Regarding the sign coming as individual letters requiring an electrician, channel letters are by their nature separate illuminated letters that must be professionally installed. This is completely standard across the industry for this type of signage. We do want to address the installation point directly. Channel letter signs require installation by an electrician who has specific experience with commercial signage. A general certified electrician, while qualified in their field, may not have the specialist knowledge required for illuminated sign installation. Incorrect wiring or installation by someone unfamiliar with this type of sign can cause faults that appear to be product issues but are in fact a result of the installation process. We want to clarify an important point regarding the plug. You ordered channel letters, which are individual illuminated letters designed to be hardwired directly into an electrical supply by a qualified signage electrician. Channel letters are not a plug and play product and do not come with a plug, as they are intended to be permanently wired in. This is standard across the entire channel letter signage industry. We acknowledge that the first sign arrived damaged during transit and we apologise for that. A replacement was sent as quickly as possible to resolve this. I’m sorry to hear you felt disappointed. Your sign was tested and working before it left our factory, but it seems the “O” was damaged during installation. We’ve already remade that part and are sending it to you by express shipping at no cost. I do think your review was a bit unfair, as we’ve done our best to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. The sign was produced precisely to the agreed specifications and approved mockup. Every detail of the final product matched what was signed off prior to production.
