Terrible do not buy, only one ear bud works at a time and when I complained they say it’s a Bluetooth connectivity issue and has nothing to do with their product they also stop working well about 3 meters from the phone and after a lot of asking to return and they asking me to do the same thing which doesn’t work over and over they finally said I could but it would have to get from Australia to America in one week for a refund plus I would have to pay 20% restocking fee, the cost of postage to get it there less the 20% would wind up costing me as much as the earbuds and they know this it’s why they do it, customer service is terrible. Dodgy dodgy company steer clear!!

Bought the cre8 sport a while back now, still trying to get in contact with them. At first they responded to me straight away until I pointed out that the earbuds don't work in water like they say it does, they then ignored my 4 attempts to contact them. Do not buy, they really are not comfy and just a waste of money.

My headphones were good initially, but didn't do what they said in the advert (go underwater, when I tried they stopped working for a week). Then, they just stopped connecting to bluetooth after 7 months. When I asked for a replacement pair or a refund, I was refused, as the warranty is only 6 months. Feel a bit ripped off, if I'm honest.

My product never arrived, I requested a refund and I get no answer. Be very careful with these scammers.

Bought these to replace my old Jabra ear pods. Firstly the sound volume is too low for using for sport. they are around half the sound volume as my Jabra equivalent and not fit for purpose in a busy gym or on a noisy treadmill. Battery does not last as long as they claim The slightest brush on the side of the bud and they switch off so if you wipe your face with a towel the buds often switch off. Complained to Cre8 as obviously they shouldn't be like that but absolutely useless and were no help at all. Ill be throwing these in the bin and just buy a new set of Jabra for slightly more money

I got my pair of Cre8-W1 Sports earbuds and charged them for a few hours, then when I put them in- not only did they not connect but once they did connect they were at 40%. I left them to charge in the case for hours and still hardly any charge. Not only that but the company doesn't accept refunds on items that are on sale, so that's $70 down the drain.

The product, ear buds for swimming, does not work underwater. The minute you go under the buds stop. Horrible customer service - I wish I could have put a negative 10 for the stars of the review. Don't buy
