These earbuds are horrible for swimming and do not work as advertised at all. Most of it seems to be a major design flaw: you touch the earbuds to control the music, which means rushing water, like in a pool, causes the music to skip and stop. All they have to do is recognize they messed up and market them as a regular pair of earbuds for non-swimming wear. Instead, they don’t allow returns (I asked to return mine the same day they were delivered, after 5 minutes of use, they refused) and are predatorily committed to false advertising. Horrible company.

I've bought CRE8 to use them at swimmingpool as it was advertised but it is not working at all. Sound keep cutting, it was the worst sound experience I ever had and the company does not answer my request only saying that it is designed to work in swimming pool. No support, no refund, nothing. Avoid loosing money, buy something else

Did not work at all in the pool. The contact with the water made the volume go all the way up without me ever touching it. Same issue with the 3 other pairs I bought for myself and swim partners. Even though theyre advertising with people wearing them in the pool, customer service said that theyre water resistant, not exactly waterproof. One of buds doesn't work at all after getting out of the pool. They won't refund me my money because I bought it on sale but all of their earbuds are on Sale all the time. Unfortunately, they also feel cheaply made and are hard inside my ears which makes wearing them very uncomfortable.

Ordered earbuds and at first they were great. At 7 months the left one completely failed. After contacting customer service, the most they could do was a 20% discount coupon, since their warranty was 6 months. I asked to be escalated and they have been ghosting me ever since. Now I'm seeing others have had same issues and BBB does not recommend them. Save your money, buy from a company with a good reputation.

Seriously, avoid this company. Completely lacking of the core fundamentals of a business, i.e., failure to provide a decent product and failure to provide customer service. I ordered 2 items, both were rubbish. Customer service barely responded to their own customer satisfaction guarantee when I tried to return them. After a few months, one item completely failed to work, after quite literally 2 months of back and forth they agreed to replace the item, but I had to reorder. There was a difference which I was told I'd be refunded for, not sure why I believed them at this point... Obviously I was not refunded - bottom line, shady company with a crap product.

Pretty sure these “waterproof earbuds” got water damage from a shower.

Terrible microphone and worse customer service. They refused a return and now have gone darn. DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS!!!

I just received my ear buds and the left one will not work. I contacted the company and they sent me a list of items I needed to do on my end to prove it wasn’t working. I do not have time to do everything on their crazy list. Isn’t their job to make sure their products work before sending them out; and if a customer says they aren’t working, have them send back the inferior product and send new products? Why is it my job to do a list of items to prove? When I told them I would send back the item if they would resend new product- they ignore me. I don’t have money to waste on products that don’t work. I’m not trying to be unreasonable, just asking for good customer service. I own my own company and can not imagine treating customers this way. Brand new product and the right one works but the left doesn’t. Not my problem. It’s yours, fix it!
