Multiple ads on Instagram are grossly misleading and show (1) a person submerged then emerging from the water with them on; (2) them being used whilst swimming. Their spokespeople saying they use these during their daily swims which is impossible unless they just being used as earplugs. As a direct result of these ads I bought these specifically for swimming and they’re utterly useless. They dont even work if you try swimming with head above water as any water dripping or splashing over it stops transmission. They are knowingly lying to your customers. They do not have a clear disclaimer anywhere, and I can see many people being misled as they comment that they’ve finally found earbuds for swimming. They will be as disappointed and disgusted as I was when they purchase based on lies.

I would give zero if I could. This company took my money. They hadn’t sent the product I read the reviews and I asked for a refund. After two weeks of arguing (and still no product) they send a cancellation of the product and no refund. I’ve emailed them 6 times and waited over a month. They owe me $200 AUD.

Worst headphones ever, the ad is a complete lie. As soon as I got into the water the headphones stopped working and now I’m out and dry and can’t even connect to my phone out of water. Absolutely rubbish!

This company uses deceptive advertising. I saw an Instagram ad for their CR8-W1 sport earbuds on Instagram. In the video, someone was swimming laps with the earbuds on. I thought it would be so cool if I could listen to music and swim since I swim so often. I received the product and tested it out. The moment I started to swim my lap, the music stopped playing. Then there were ghost inputs, where it was turning the volume all the way up and down, even though I wasn't touching the earbud controls. I knew it was messing with the volume even though no music was playing because there was a beep indication when it maxed out. Their customer service is absolutely awful, telling me Ii have to pay all kinds of fees, pay for shipping, get a tracker for the shipping because they can't guarantee that they will receive the product. You know how sketchy that sounds? It sounds like they will receive it, but say they didn't just because you didn't pay for premium product tracking. That's just my impression, not saying that they will do that. Anyways, horrible product, horrible company practices.

I had a similar experience to Nikki. Headphones worked great until just beyond the 6 month warranty, and then the left one stopped working. They offered a 20% discount on a new pair, but I had received a 20% discount originally, so would have been paying full price. They stopped responding to emails after this.

Don't waste your money!! The earbuds failed to a low volume their support team strings you along with possible fixes that don't work until the 6-month warranty period elapses then offers a 20% on a new pair

Absolutely useless company in terms of delivering what they offered, Bought the product 4 months ago and my parcel is still travelling across the us and cant seem to leave customs. If you dont know how to ship internationally then do not offer international shipping options. Have written to them 4 times now and get the same answer that my parcel is trying to leave the us and struggling at customs

Garbage headphones. Tried to use while swimming and they just pause as soon as they hit the water. The sound on mine is also absolutely awful. Have them on full volume and can barely hear music in the gym. I've had crappy fake Apple headphones that cost £5 work better than these.
