Wish I would’ve gone on here prior to placing an order. I placed an order on 18 December which then arrived about two weeks later. I have since 31 December (two weeks now) tried to initiate a return (on the website it says that you have to contact them to do it), but there has been no reply from customer service to do so. I am thus unable to do the return and get a refund, even though the website states that you can.

Placed an order which never arrived. Tried to contact them about it but was ignored. Ended up having to go through my bank for a refund. Scam website. Definitely avoid.

Brought some coffee bean storage tubes. I didn’t read the products description text properly and assume the image of the product was the actual product. This site has images of great products but is really selling substandard products, which you would only know by reading the product descriptions carefully. Lesson learned, highly suggest you avoid doing business with this site who appear to be owned or affiliated with coffee gears who processed the payment
