I have ordered from this company and have heard nothing. First time I have not checked reviews and annoyed with myself as it looks like a scam company. DO NOT USE

AVOID -web site looked positive and based in Covent Garden. However sadly not the case. And then I looked at online reviews which are NOT POSITIVE. My goods did arrive .... poor quality and only after chasing. I now want to return the two items (poor quality) and require a refund. I have emailed and telephoned. Phone contact is simply voicemail - no response nor from my email. AVOID!

I ordered thinking this was at least a UK company, it has a London address. However due to taking 2 weeks to arrive and, upon arrival clearly straight from China, hence the shipping time. I did get my products, but they are not the best, for the price, I expected much better. May as well stick with the big A and order online through them.

Avoid avoid avoid. Raising a dispute with my credit card as ordered 25/6 and no communication from them (it is now 2/7). I have emailed support and called multiple times with no response

No reply to numerous emails I have sent to "support" stating the item has not been delivered. Item "Needle Distribution Tool" purchased 15/6/26 todays date 23/6/26. I find out via Parcel Force (who are the worst carriers) tracking, that the item arrived at Heathrow today 23rd June. Craze Caffee's website makes no mention the item is coming from abroard I only found this out today 23/6/26 after Parcel Force at last updated the tracking. After checking into crazecaffee's background I found Fatibo Ltd. The Craze Caffee website appears to have no Trustpilot link however Fatibo Ltd. does. At which point I found out the Trustpilot rating of 2.1. The rating does not appear on the Crazecaffee.com website it only appears on the Fatibo Ltd. website. There is no mention of delivery times/dates on crazecaffee's website or the fact the item comes from abroad likely China having arrived at Heathrow. Update; My review went live 11:07. Shortly after I received the first reply from Crazecaffee to my emails at 11:46 apologising for the delay, further stating; "We have checked with Royal Mail, and they have confirmed that they have received your parcel. It is currently in transit and should be delivered soon. Here is your tracking number: GV098712847GB". I already knew all of this! Further update; Product arrived 11:25 24/6/26. Ron

Absolutely awful customer service, tried to contact them several times and no reply at all. They claim to process the item in 1-2 days and have 48 hr tracking with Royal Mail and I hadn’t received the parcel until 12 days later. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered on 1st February and the item didn’t arrive until 11th February. When it finally turned up, the tamper station was marked on every corner. It appears this is how it left the factory rather than being damaged in transit. For a product marketed and priced as premium, the quality is extremely disappointing. The finish is poor and not what you would expect at this price point. Overall, unacceptable quality and service. I would not recommend.

The company appear to be uncontactable via email or phone. My order was a birthday present but failed to arrive and I could not speak to anyone. Only after me contacting my credit card company did they dispatch the order.
