Great products, delivered in one week
I ordered the Barista Pro Calibrated Coffee Tamper and the WDT tool. They arrived, well packed, in a week which is perhaps a little longer than one might expect. I am really pleased with the tamper; it looks good and works well, ensuring a level tamp to a consistent pressure. The WDT tool arrived with a pack of 10 needles; I had to insert six of these, leaving four as spares. I found this quite tricky at first. The solution for me was to lay the two parts that take the needles on their side and insert them one by one, turning the tool as I inserted each needle. Instructions or a video might have helped. Overall, I was pleased with the products and the service. I certainly did not have the problems that some reviewers report.
