Dear John Christenson, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We wanted to address your concern regarding your order #23950. After you placed your order on December 15, 2023, our team reached out to inform you that we were in the process of preparing your Custom Paint by Numbers Kit for shipment. However, we required a photo from you to complete the customization. We sent you an email requesting the custom photo needed for your kit on December 15, 2023, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Without this image, we are unable to proceed with creating your personalized canvas. We understand your frustration and would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Please reply to our email with the required photo, and we will expedite the processing of your order. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we are happy to process that for you. We value your business and appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Crafty By Numbers Team
