I have a battery powered mower that doesn't turn off without removing the battery. It could have caused injury to my kids. They have refused to follow up. They need to stop selling products from this merchant.

Garbage equipment
Garbage equipment. I bought 2 mowers and neither one lasted more than 2 uses. Of course the automated system isnt meant for you to get through. The first customer service representative refused to provide me any information and he eventually stopped communicating while I was on the phone. The second person was an idiot named sam. He basically told me that craftsman refuses to uphold the warranty I purchased with the mower I bought.
Garbage equipment, garbage customer service, garbage company.
10 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Now I have a mower that doesnt run and I’m stuck with the bill.

Missing Components, rude, Lazy and and dismissing customer service
Product was missing components. Called. Customer service during working hours and was given a voice message saying they were closed despite the message listing the current time as their open hours. Finally talked to someone who was rude, unprofessional and dismissive and told me I had to talk to the store that I bought it from despite the fact that the box came sealed from craftsman and nothing would have been manufactured or handled at the store besides the sale. Lazy, dumb, rude and incompetent are the best ways to describe their customer service model. Huge mistake purchasing a craftsman product.

Finally
Finally, I’m relaxing! 😮💨
After mowing my garden area, I ended up cutting the upper grass too, all thanks to the crappy Craftsman riding lawnmower my sister bought from Lowe’s.
Just think about it—Craftsman used to stand for QUALITY. Not anymore! On the SECOND USE, the cutting deck fell straight to the f#$%ING ground! 🤬
Then Lowe’s refused to take the damn thing back, even though it was a $2,000 piece-of-shit Craftsman riding lawnmower that failed almost immediately.
So it had to be taken to an approved Craftsman repair shop. Now, to make this even more f&%$ING ridiculous, the repair shop is refusing to give the mower back because Craftsman hasn’t paid the repair bill!
What a complete f#$& joke! 🤬
Tip to everyone: Never buy big equipment from Lowe’s. Spend a few more dollars and buy a John Deere. You might save yourself a whole lot of f&%# frustration, time, and bullshit!
Craftsman definitely isn’t what it used to be. 😡
Their service is Ipaca, if I pay 400 they will release to me… again used 1 time,

I got the electric craftsman mower
I got the electric craftsman mower, weed eater and blower. The blower is fine but holy crap the other two are pieces of shit build for a toddler to use. The mower dies after 15 min and the weed eater I had to take apart because the spool malfunctioned. Please run very far from any of their products

Stanley Black and Decker who make…
Stanley Black and Decker who make Craftsman tools has the worst customer service ever. They are not any help in solving problems with your tool problems. So I am returning it to Lowes and getting my money back.

Avoid At All Cost - Complete Transmission Failure at 130 Hours!
I purchased a Craftsman T3200 in April of 2022, expecting a machine that would last for years with proper care. Instead, it has turned into a massive disappointment.
The mower currently has only 130 hours on it, yet the transmission has completely failed. A lawn tractor costing this much should easily last hundreds of hours before experiencing critical component failures. 130 hours is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been a runaround:
I contacted Craftsman/MTD directly, only to be told there is absolutely nothing they can do for me.
Instead of standing behind their product, they told me I have to pay to have it diagnosed myself, and then I need to contact Tuff Torq (the transmission manufacturer) directly to try and sort it out.
The Bitter Truth About Big Box Mowers:
Unfortunately, this is the reality of the residential mower market today. Most of these big box store mowers are made by the exact same parent companies using the exact same low-quality parts—they are just painted a different color and branded with a different name.
They are built to be disposable throw-away units, not long-term investments. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and avoid this mower—and others like it—at all costs.
