Order #CRAFT-151593/115157801 I was told my order had been “shipped” and was “in transit,” yet the tracking clearly shows nothing more than a label being created. There have been zero scans, and the courier has never even received the parcel. In other words, it has not been dispatched at all. I raised this multiple times and asked for basic proof of shipment — something any legitimate retailer should be able to provide instantly. Instead, I received vague, misleading responses that did not reflect the actual tracking status. I then formally requested a refund, citing my rights under UK consumer law. Since then, I have been completely ignored. No reply, no update, nothing. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my bank. This isn’t just a delay — it’s a complete lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service. Very concerning behaviour from a company taking people’s money. Avoid.

They do not reply emails. Disgusting customer service for overseas customers.

Horrible, order 3 records from them. Totally different record from the ones I ordered showed up. No telephone number to contact them. Sent emails and of course no reply. Stay away from them

terrible customer service. ordered an lp and it came very latre and once I opened it I saw hundreds of mini scratches so I wrote to return it. it has been a nightmare trying to get them to send me info to return it, they ask I clean it, then a video to show the issues, this is BS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they are not customer friendly. i have given up getting satisfaction from them and will never do business with them again.

I ordered the Bush 30th Anniversary of 16 Stone for $44. I open up the package and it some album from a guy named Allen Stone that retails for $15. Never using them again. No clue if they will ever make this right.

I received a Sound of Music deluxe with wrong disc as a gift and am having trouble getting a replacement disc sent. Will update this if they can help make this right!

Awful customer service. Placed an order and was charged accordingly. So far so good. A month later I checked the APC courier tracking link, and they hadn’t even received the item. Emailed Craft Recordings three times with zero response. Tried APC twice and they also ignored me. After demanding a refund they finally got around to issuing one, but with no message at all, no apology or reasoning behind it. So let’s assume they were out of stock and don’t know how to update their website efficiently. Pretty basic stuff. I can only conclude that if I had not messaged them multiple times, they would have happily kept my money.
