They have a $50.00 minimum on all orders which didn't show until I placed the order. I called to cancel the order and they still tried to charge for the order even after it was cancelled. I had to make another call to get the money back. If I hadn't kept track of my bank account I would never had caught it in time.

Dear Kenard, We apologize for any confusion. Yes, we do have a minimum order policy and try to make it evident when you access your cart to check out. I assure we do not charge for cancelled orders. At the time an order is placed on our website, PayPal generates a Pre-Authorization for the amount of the order but does not capture any amount. We only capture money at the time an order is shipped. But again, we apologize if the policy was not clear and will review to see how we can improve the process.
