Hello- Please check your email for up to date updates and communications. As Craft Kitsune's sole employee and owner I have personally replied to each of your concerns. Craft Kisune strives to spark creativity and the relaxation of crafting. As such, I do not appreciate your profanity or accusations. Lastly, I have refunded both craft kit orders completely (totaling the $72), despite having prepared the kits for you already. Hi AprilsKrazycreations- I apologize for any confusion around the order process. Craft Kitsune subscription boxes all ship at the same time of month. Depending on your sign-up date, the wait for your first kit can be a little over a month due to our sign-up window. As a fellow small business owner, I hope you can understand supply chain delays. I do my best as the only employee and owner of the business to provide custom craft supplies to each of my subscribers on time every month. However, unforeseen delays occur beyond my control. I am very transparent on these delays via email and social media and sincerely apologize for them. We have already been in email correspondence, but please let me know if you have any future concerns. -Liz (owner)
